Parassery’s journey began in 1983 when a dedicated husband and wife team established Lakshmi Flour and Oil Mill. Operating as a cottage industry, they produced a variety of culinary essentials, including curry powders, masala powders, coffee powders, and various flours, to meet local demand. Over time, fueled by their daughter’s passion for quality and innovation, the enterprise expanded its offerings to include cattle feeds and coconut oil, strengthening its presence in the region. In 2021, the firm underwent significant development, rebranding as Parassery and diversifying its product line to include a wide range of premium ingredients. Today, Parassery continues to honor its founders’ commitment to excellence, crafting high-quality products that resonate with customers both locally and globally.

Parassery is led by a dynamic management team, spearheaded by its founder and Whole-time Director, Mr. P M Mohandas. With a vision for excellence and a wealth of experience in the culinary industry, Mr. Mohandas has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth and success. Assisting him is Mrs. Shyla Mohandas, who serves as the CEO, bringing leadership and strategic direction to the organization. Additionally, Mrs. Nisha Mohandas, as the Managing Director, plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the company’s continued expansion and innovation.
